Agent Smith offers the following products and services, subject to their individual terms:
A structured AI-visibility audit delivered as a fixed-scope, fixed-price engagement. Pricing: Starter scan £495; Full audit £1,500. The scope and deliverables are agreed in writing prior to commencement. The audit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
An AI-funnel measurement tool. A free tier is available. The Pro tier is offered as a monthly subscription at the price listed on the website at the time of purchase. Subscription pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Products available individually or as a suite. Pricing is as listed on the respective product websites at the time of purchase. Where a "lifetime access" option is offered, this means a single payment grants access for the commercial lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to discontinue any product with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
Bespoke build and implementation services. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed in a separate written engagement letter prior to commencement.
All prices are stated in GBP or USD as indicated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Agent Smith is not currently VAT-registered; no VAT will be charged until or unless required by law.
Payment for one-off engagements (audits, builds) is due in advance or as agreed in the engagement letter. Subscription payments are due at the start of each billing period. We use third-party payment processors; your payment details are governed by their terms and privacy policies.
If a payment fails or is disputed, we reserve the right to suspend access to the relevant product or service until payment is resolved.
For subscription products, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods already paid.
For one-off engagements, refunds are not available once work has commenced unless we fail to deliver the agreed scope. Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any applicable consumer protection legislation are not affected by these Terms.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of J Arthur t/a Agent Smith or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Deliverables produced under a paid engagement (audits, reports, builds) are licensed to you for your own business use. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute those deliverables to third parties without our written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
Where either party discloses confidential business information in the course of an engagement, both parties agree to keep that information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without the disclosing party's prior written consent, except as required by law.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on this website.
We do not guarantee that our products or services will achieve specific business outcomes, including but not limited to increased revenue, AI-engine citations, or search rankings. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your website content, your industry, and the behaviour of third-party AI engines.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agent Smith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or services.
Our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our services integrate with third-party tools including TidyCal, Google Analytics, Cloudflare, and others. Your use of those tools is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
